We are excited to be serving with Rancho Oasis for Youth ministries. Rancho Oasis is a family friendly ministry run by the Beard family on a ranch property in the hills of Honduras. Rancho Oasis’ mission is to provide refuge for the unwanted, healing for the wounded & hope for the discouraged in the midst of chaos. (Child/Youth Evangelism and Discipleship in rural and urban Honduras).
This mission trip will include a variety of activities ranging from: trade school, children’s ministry, youth Bible study, youth outreaches, construction and gardening.
This will be our second trip to Rancho Oasis, and we are excited to serve and be used by God with the Beard family.
Team:
This is a high school youth mission trip, open to current high school students led by Pastor Chris. Possible opportunities for adult leaders, talk to Chris Dufour or Staci Ortiz for more information.
Cost:
This trip is $1,600 which covers airfare, in-country transportation, room and meals. Other expenses might include a passport (if you do not have one) and money for travel and souvenirs. There will be 3 payment installments. The first payment of $600 will be due Sunday, February 26th. The second payment of $500 will be due Sunday, March 26th and the last payment of $500 is due Sunday, April 30th. Support letters and fundraising opportunities will be discussed at our first meeting.
