This ministry exists to strengthen the marriages at Calvary Chapel Santee, and help create new friendships, fun fellowships and activities, as well as avenues for finding counseling, support, answers, hope, and encouragement. The Bible tells us:
“Two are better than one” (Ecc 4;9a) and that a “three-fold chord is not quickly broken” - Ecc 4:12b
What does all this mean? Marriage makes us stronger together as one flesh (Gen 2:24), and when a husband and wife invite Jesus into their marriage it gets even stronger and more meaningful as each of us learn, know, and perform the roles God has designed for us in marriage (Eph 5:22-33). More good news, Christian married coupels who attend church “regularly” crush divorce statistics down to 12-13%! Pursuing Jesus as a married couple will grow you individually and together in Christ.
